The Admin Menu provides administrator’s with full control over all calendar features including:


  Calendar Options: Set calendar headline, time zone, export permission, default view and category, time and weekday display, event tracking, custom buttons, social media and many others.

 

Categories: Categories allows you to group events into separate calendar views. Categories may be set as public or private and matched to specific Users. A color-code may also be assigned to each calendar category.

Categories can also be set to prevent conflicts to allow for managing resources or facilities where there can be no overlap in event times.

Users & Subscribers: Calendar users are added by a calendar administrator and have password to login to the calendar. Users may optionally be given editing permission to the calendar. privileges.

Subscribers belong to your email list and do not have a password to the calendar. Subscribers may signup for your email list via signup form.

Users & Subscribers may be imported from a file on your computer from other programs.

Holidays: Allows Administrators to select from predefined holiday lists for automatic display on your calendar.

Social Media: Allow calendar visitors to share your events on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

iCal / RSS Feeds: Set up iCal and RSS subscription feeds of your calendar’s public events.

iCal feeds can be imported in to Apple Calendar, Microsoft Outlook or 365, or Google Calendar.

RSS feeds can be subscribed by Outlook, Firefox and other RSS readers.

Locations: Manage a list of reusable event locations, enter street address, driving directions, location contact information, usage guidelines, and weather links.

Conflict Prevention: Saved locations can be set so that no two events can occur at the same location at the same time. Use conflict prevention to prevent double booking of meeting rooms, athletic facilities, and other types of locations and resources.

 Import Events: Upload a file of events exported from Outlook or other programs on your computer and import the events into your calendar.

Branding & Calendar Colors

 

Calendar Colors: Administrators may choose their own colors using a simple color picker. Specific HEX codes may also be used to define colors by users familiar with this technology.

Logos: Upload images from your computer to display as a logos on the right or left of the calendar headline, enter web links to pages when logos are clicked. Adding organization’s logos provides an integrated look and feel to a calendar. The logos will appear in the calendar headline area.

Reminder Email Template: Customize the look and headings of announcement and reminder emails. Enter custom text, colors and images.

Upcoming Events List: Easy to add an Upcoming Events List to any website or content management system.

Mini Calendar Plugin: Mini Calendar Plugin: Include mini calendar on your web page. Define styles, colors, links and heading.

Event Search Plugin: Include calendar event search plugin on your web page. Define search methods, styles, and colors.

Website Integration: Website Integration Tool to easily add your calendar to any webpage or content management system. Responsive option optimizes display on desktop and mobile devices.

Apps

Suggest Event: Allow calendar visitors to suggest events for the calendar. Set options for suggestion form and who can approve suggestions. Review and approve suggested events for publication to the calendar.

Email to List: Create and send beautiful emails to users and subscribers. A library of themed and basic email templates is included.

Mobile App Icon Mobile App: Easy to add or update events from any Smartphone. Learn how to access the Mobile App by clicking on Mobile App button in Admin Menu
